Update for iOS 9

This app worked great on iOS 8. It now crashes on iOS 9. Please update this ASAP.

Works Okay but...

No longer works with iOS 9. Will change it back to 3 Stars when they fix it. Seems that only one iOS device can pair up to it. Have not been able to get a second iDevice to pair up. The min/max temperatures dont jive. Sometimes it will have a max of 40 and a min of 30 and show the current temperature as 43. 43 should be the max not 40. Same mix and max problem for temperature and humidity. I have sensors on channel 4 & 5 that are barometric capable remote sensors, however cant display that info on the app. It only shows temperature and humidity for them. I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9. Overall a very good product and idea but just needs some refinements.

won’t connect, crashes

had it working, sort of. It would show current conditions, try to download history, and crash as download completed. I uninstalled and re-installed. It can no longer find the base station and crashes when searching for it. Decent stand alone unit but don’t buy if you want the iPhone features.

Crashes connecting in iOS 9

The weather station works OK. However, the app immediately crashes to the home screen when you try to connect in iOS 9 on a 5th generation iPod touch. In iOS 8 it would work OK unless you were out of range of the remote. Then it would continuously scan until you pulled the battery or reset the unit.

Bummer...

Worked great till I updated to iOS 9. Now it wont open and is freezing my phone.

Developers need to be more proactive

App does not work with ios9. Very disappointing.

Used to work OK

But now in OS 9.0 it crashes upon opening the app.

App crashes with Iphone

The app crashes when you try to pair it with an iPhone (ios9). DONT by the weather station is you think you want to use this app. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this app before buying the weather station. I would not have purchased the weather station. COME ON PEOPLE. The reviews show that you dont keep up. Get your app developers on the ball, or quit claiming you can pair this with you phone. EDIT: As of 9-29-15, the station will pair with iPhone.

Crashes

Doesnt work with iPad running iOS 9.1. Tried sinking with station 4 time, just continued to show loading, did never complete sinking with weather station. Dont buy if you want to use app with station....

Worked for me

Installed this app on my iPhone 6 (OS 9) and after a couple minute wait for the home station it did pair ok. Also paired my wifes phone as well at same time.

Crashes constantly

The app provides access to your thermometer if you’re within Bluetooth range of the base. It always tries to download the history and frequently crashes before it completes. This happens even when standing next to the base. When you do receive the history, the display options are very limited; either one day, or everything. Oregon Scientific is not maintaining the app and it does NOT work with the iPad. Don’t buy this thermometer is you’re relying on the app to be useful.

Doesnt pair with iPhone

Cant get it to recognize Bluetooth connection . Nope - wont work . Very disappointing

So far, so good

After reading the posted reviews, I didnt expect the Bluetooth pairing to work. At first, it didnt want to pair but after reading the User Manual I saw I had to hold the Up Arrow button on the main unit after making the request. Within 2-3 seconds it paired and soon I could see the readings from the two remote units Ive had for over ten years now. So really happy this device has backward compatibility. Ive only played with the Settings a short time but so far no crashes. I didnt rate it 5 stars as some of the options are unintuitive and the Min/Max values are both higher than the current temperature. But I want to see how things settle down after a few days use.

Needs more features

Id like to see more features such as -Overlay multiple stations in one chart -Export option, send data to an email in CSV If those features were in place it would get 4 stars from me

Crashes Constantly

Crashes every time it attempts to sync.

Works Like Before

The upgrade works good and the App is now up and running on iOS 9. Thanks Update 03/09/16: Was having all kinds of trouble with my main base station so tried moving a speaker that was near it and that seemed to have solved my problems. Now bluetooth and all three remotes work all the time.

Bug in iPad

Crashes when uploading history from station to iPad. Any suggestions on fix?
